We are an independent restaurant in Cambridge that specialises in fresh, biga dough, house-made dips, and special pizzas that combine Latin-American flavour with a Mediterranean touch.
Carmen’s Favourites
All our pizzas can be vegetarian or vegan*
(Vegetarian or Vegan) - A soft little drama queen of a pizza, just like my grandma Lily!
Ingredients: sweet caramelised onions, creamy parmesan, mozzarella and roasted pumpkin seeds, all sitting on our special tomato base and topped with fresh rocket.
(Meat, Vegetarian or Vegan) - Fresh, bold and always impossible to ignore. I’m basically describing my grandma Carmen!
Ingredients: Pesto base, mozzarella, bacon (pork), cherry tomatoes and smoked ricotta.
(Vegetarian or Vegan) - She’s earthy, elegant and definitely way more exciting than any courgette has even been!
Ingredients: Tomato sauce, mozzarella, marinated courgettes, seasoned oyster mushrooms and feta cheese.
We handle nuts, dairy and other allergens. As food is prepared in a shared kitchen, we cannot guarantee that any single item will be allergen-free. If you have a severe allergy, please write it in your order and let our staff know so we can follow the correct allergy procedure.
